10 Year Plan (3)

This category is used for the 10 year plan that is completed each year by the board members, several committees and the management company and discussed at an association board meeting in preparation for the following year's budget. The plan covers the next 10 years and as each year passes the oldest year (the past current year) is dropped off and a new 10th year is added.  Each report is converted from an Excel format into an Adobe PDF format before it is made available on our web site.
